The person behind the legend
Rhogar is a bronze dragonborn captain with a sharp grin, a sharper sword, and a skyship that answers to no kingdom. Reckless tactics and contempt for orders ended his Valerian naval career, so he converted professional disgrace into smuggling, mercenary work, and occasional heroism. He began as the party’s transport. After Reese vanished, he rappelled into a mimic battle and became part of the front line.

Rhogar once served Valeria at sea. He was good enough to become a decorated officer and reckless enough to make his superiors regret recognizing it. His maneuvers saved ships, disobeyed orders, and eventually ended his naval career.
He took the useful parts of command with him: discipline under fire, an instinct for impossible movement, and the ability to make frightened people act together. He discarded the flag, the permission, and nearly every regulation. Smuggling, mercenary work, and occasional heroism followed.
In the Spirit Realm, where lies carried physical weight, Rhogar named the belief beneath every choice he had made: freedom is the only law he follows.
